What is your favorite Austin restaurant for delivery? Dont do delivery. I know, not my deal!
What is your Austin favorite shop to pop into? Sue Patrick has GREAT UT gear and gifts!
What is your go-to Austin coffee place? Monkey Nest Coffee

What is your favorite Austin spot for exercise? The hike to the top of Mount Lakeway and ring the bell!
What is your favorite thing to do on the weekends? Pickleball is my new favorite sport/hobby
Where do you suggest an Austin “staycation”? Putt Putt at Peter Pan Mini Golf on Barton Springs
What do you like most or is most rewarding about your job? Helping clients through life changes, from first time homes, to upsizing for kids, to downsizing for empty nesters. All are emotional seasons yet each have beautiful silver linings.
“Theres no better time to buy or sell than now” What are your thoughts regarding the current real estate market in Austin and surrounding areas? The current home inventory is reduced and interest rates are at all time lows. It is a great sellers market. There is however a potential tsunami of foreclosure properties that may hit the market in the coming months, which could potentially impact competition and pricing. If someone is considering selling anytime in the near future, now is a great time for us to talk. Lets evaluate your specific situation and see what is the best decision for you!
What do you notice first about a home? The drive-up exterior and maintenance
What makes your approach to real estate different from others? I really, truly care and work my darndest for those that I represent
What’s your favorite cocktail recipe? The D.K.R (Darrell K. Royal) at Austin Country Club
What is your favorite holiday recipe? My moms amazing turkey dressing. Though I don’t seem to be able to recreate, darn it.
Where is your favorite place you’ve ever traveled to and what made it so wonderful? The last visit we took to East Texas with my mom for the Dogwoods blooming. They put on quite the show for her. Very special.
What is your daily routine like? DEFINITELY Coffee and an early walk with my pup Sophie
What is something you are passionate about? Volunteering at Eanes ISD with Special Olymplics sports practices. Bowling, Basketball and Track on Wednesday afternoons. Im part coach, supporter, ball and kid chaser, and cheerleader. Great kids and amazing coaches, hopefully back to training soon! Also, Bow Wow Reading Program at The Dog Alliance. My pup Sophie and I trained to go to Oak Hill Elementary and the kids with difficulty reading would read to her with no judgement. We cannot wait to do in person visits again!
