What do you notice first about a home? Curb appeal, but I don’t think that makes or breaks a house. Finding a floorplan that works for you is most important.
“Theres no better time to buy or sell than now”. Please explain further your thoughts on the current real estate market in Austin and surrounding areas. Right now is a great time to buy AND sell in the Austin area. As a seller, you are getting top dollar. Multiple offers are the norm right now. As a buyer, Austin Area continues to increase in equity and value in real estate. With interest rates so low right now, get in on that!
What makes your approach to real estate different from others? I care about my clients and want the best for the, no matter how long that takes. I love the Austin area so I love to share my wealth of knowledge about what makes it so great, especially for my buyers and out of state clients.
Whats your favorite cocktail recipe? Cranberry Juice, Pineapple Juice and Malibu Rum!
What is your favorite holiday recipe? Baking! Honestly anything! Cookies, Cakes, ANYTHING sweet.
Where is your favorite place you’ve ever traveled to and what made it so wonderful? Traveling to Italy, my dream vacation. Seeing the tuscany and visiting an organic farm and vineyards to visiting the coastal area of Cinque Terra, and riding in gondolas in Venice… and just exploring! Food and Wine were AMAZING there! Also just seeing places that are just so much older than anything I’ve ever seen in the U.S!
