Teresa is an Austin native and a long-time resident of her home town. She is knowledgeable in Austin neighborhoods and has concentrated her real estate career on assisting buyers, sellers and investors in both residential and commercial transactions. She blends her knowledge and experience with exceptional service, strong communications skills, and a sound work ethic to achieve success for her clients and for herself as a Realtor.
Teresa is an active part in the Eanes Independent School District where her son attends elementary school. Coincidentally, it’s the same district where she went to school. After completing her education, she has had successful careers in advertising, marketing, and public relations. Teresa believes it is essential to find the right person to help guide you through the home buying process, selling your home and investing in real estate. Her strengths in listing, evaluating and communicating are among the attributes her clients often use to describe her.
Teresa serves on the board of directors for two Austin non-profit organizations. The first is the Mexic-Arte Museum, which is dedicated to cultural enrichment and education through the collection, preservation, and presentation of traditional and contemporary Mexican, Latino and Latin American art and culture. The second is the Hispanic Scholarship Consortium. Its mission is to collaboratively leverage resources to provide college scholarships to deserving Central Texas Hispanic students. Teresa helps organize the Annual Gala for Mexic-Arte as well as fundraising drives for both groups.
